The beer pub "Craft beer kitchen Kokoro no Tsuki" in Miyakawacho, Yokohama, announced its tap list for Saturday, April 18. It is followed by Odawara Garage Brewing / Wind Fall, Hop Kotan Brewing / Hop in my Head, Barbaric Works / Master Heir, Fremont Brewing / Golden, and Hop Kotan Brewing / Ignition. With a mix of domestic and overseas breweries, the lineup offers a broad tasting range, from light and crisp beers to aromatic ones and malt-driven styles like Bock.

On the food side, the menu includes dishes such as steamed chicken with green Sichuan pepper and scallion sauce, fried eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, and Shanghai-style fried noodles. The selection is arranged with beer pairing in mind. Part of the appeal of this place is that, as you keep drinking, you can keep changing the combinations, pairing hop-forward beers with aromatic dishes and lighter snacks with golden-style brews.
