On tap
- JAZZ’INN / First Flush Sour / 4.5%
A tea sour ale brewed to commemorate the 17th anniversary of Que, an izakaya in Chigasaki. It uses Benifuuki, a Japanese black tea from Kagoshima, and brings together soft lactic acidity with a sweet, floral tea aroma.
- MU / Spacey Hazy IPA / 5.5%
A collaboration beer with Sneaks, the special unit formed by Kakuozan Larder and Early Birds Breakfast in Nagoya. The beer is described as juicy, with notes of orange, mango and a hint of banana, plus accents of hassaku peel and cardamom.
