This move is more than just a relocation. According to the official announcement, the brewery had been operating since its pre-opening on February 8 while continuing to make improvements, and had been reevaluating the very role of its direct sales shop. The new name is "TKBrewing Beer Guild." The brewery is signaling a direction that goes beyond simply “drinking” craft beer, and aims to create a place to “gather” and “learn.”
TKBrewing was established in 2017 and is based in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. Located within walking distance of JR Kawasaki Station’s east exit, it has built up Kawasaki’s craft beer culture through local event participation and direct sales shop operations. Its representative lineup includes standard West Coast IPA-style beers and "nitro Kawasakey," finished with nitrogen gas, reflecting a lineup designed with a broad range of drinkers in mind.
To coincide with the official opening, a relocation commemorative lecture by Toshihiko Oki was also held on the same day. In addition, Wednesday business hours began in March.
