Osaka/Kyobashi's Craft Beer Spot Hathor has released its draft beer lineup for May 13. According to the shop profile, the venue serves craft beer on 16 taps and also offers house-smoked dishes. The lineup lets you choose according to your mood, from lagers you can sip slowly to intensely aromatic IPAs.

Today's featured opening beer is Minoh Beer's "Papa Zaru Lager". It is presented as a clean, easy-drinking lager style with a biscuity malt aroma, a gentle barley sweetness, and a soft yet layered flavor. The description of it as a dark lager that keeps the flashiness down and offers something quietly satisfying is especially striking.

The recommended beer of the day is Trillium's "Pilsner". Brewed with a traditional recipe using Bohemian pilsner malt, Hallertau Magnum, and Saaz hops, it stands out for its straw-colored appearance, bread-crust-like aroma, balanced sweetness, delicate bitterness, and crisp finish. It's one for lager lovers not to miss.

Other taps include Revision's "Disco Ninja IPA", Sapporo Beer's "Yebisu", Isekadoya Beer's "Memory Bouquet" and "Electrosquash Sour IPA," Iwate Kura Beer's "Red Ale Real Ale ver" and "Raspberry Pink," Y Market's "Minamichita Blood Orange IPA", Shiga Kogen Beer's "Itsu no Sen", Minoh Beer's "Sansho W-IPA", and Beer Hearn's "Enmusubi Beer Stout Real Ale ver". With lager, fruit, IPA, and dark beer all represented, the breadth of choices is the day's highlight.
