Hop BroExactly. It's like taking the drinkability of a lager and then adding hop aroma afterward. And since it's Talus, it tends to give off citrusy and piney notes.
MugiOhhh! So the Rauchbier one is the one with that smoky aroma? That suddenly sounds more advanced!
Hop BroThat's right. Rauchbier smokes the malt, so some people associate it with a bacon-like aroma. When that combines with lager crispness, it becomes way more addictive than it looks.
MugiThe tap list is amazing too! It's so broad in range that you've got hop-forward IPAs and dark beers all in one lineup!
Hop BroYeah, for example there's Live Current, a West Coast IPA, Trouble Sleep, an Imperial Coffee Stout, and even something tart like Sour no Uwasa. It's fun that you can change your attack based on your mood.
