MOKICHI CRAFTBEER-linked venues announce Oktoberfest 2026 pre-sales, with 25 beers for Shonan Beer’s 30th anniversary
MOKICHI CRAFTBEER and other Kumazawa Brewery venues have announced pre-sales for Oktoberfest 2026, which marks Shonan Beer’s 30th anniversary. The event will feature 25 beers, plus a reserved group-seat plan available only for October 12.
MOKICHI CRAFTBEER, a classic beer pub near Fujisawa Station South Exit, keeps 12 taps running and pairs beer with hand-stretched New York-style pizza, as well as grilled and roasted dishes that naturally support the beer’s flavor.
According to Kumazawa Brewery’s announcement, Oktoberfest 2026 will be held from October 10 to 12 on the brewery grounds in Chigasaki. The lineup will include 25 beers, spanning regular releases and limited beers, making it a rare chance to sample a full year of Shonan Beer in one event.
The Instagram post also announced a group reserved-seat plan for October 12 only. It is available to groups that buy advance tickets for 10 or more people, and it secures a reserved seat for arrival between 11:00 and 12:00 on October 12. For larger groups, it is a practical way to avoid the stress of finding seats.
The Shonan Beer lineup served at MOKICHI CRAFTBEER is useful as a preview before the festival. On tap are Pilsner, Alt, Schwarz, Golden Ale, American-style IPA, Seasonal Shonan Beer, and Seasonal Premium Shonan Beer. The range moves from crisp lagers to roasted dark beer and citrus-forward IPA, making it easy to think about food pairings.
For example, Pilsner fits fried fish, Schwarz works well with a sake-kasu gateau chocolat, and IPA is a good match for garlic shrimp. Tasting the current Shonan Beer lineup in Fujisawa first makes the October festival feel even more approachable.
