At the first-floor beer stand of Yokohama Beer Brewery, the Piadina Festival will be held as the fifth installment of its irregularly scheduled "Festival" events. On Sunday, April 19, it will be open from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the piadina will be available until sold out. The event lets guests casually enjoy dishes centered on the thin flatbread cuisine of Italy's Emilia-Romagna region together with beer.

This time's menu consists of the following four items:

- Prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato
- Porchetta e rucola
- Neapolitan-style genovese
- Fish (smoked) tartare

In addition, store manager Kei's homemade limoncello will also be available. The food lineup is simple, but it balances meat, fish, herbs, and acidity, and has been put together with craft beer pairings in mind.

On the day of the event, the HIGHBURY x Baeren collaboration beer "ÖNMENBRÄU" will also be tapped, limited to 20L. The style is RAUCH BOCK, ABV 8.0%. It is presented as a beer that carries the aroma derived from smoked malt while still being easy to drink. Because it will be available in a limited amount, those interested should probably come early.

Yokohama Beer is a local beer company based in Kanagawa and Yokohama that has continued brewing since 1999. Its main location consists of a first-floor beer stand attached to the brewery and a second-floor restaurant, and it has long offered experiences that combine beer and food. This "Festival" event also seems set to be enjoyed as a small local event in that same spirit.
