New arrivals from @tworabbitsbrewing have landed at Nomimono-ya, the beer pub in Busshozan-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. This lineup includes four beers with very different directions, ranging from a hop-forward pour to ambitious brews that incorporate Japanese ingredients.

First up is Hoppzilla Peacharine (Single Hop XPA 5.0% / IBU 30). Built around the stone-fruit aroma of peach and nectarine from New Zealand Peacharine hops, it has juiciness but finishes light, making it a good first beer of the night.

Next, the hanafuda series reflects seasonality.

- English Porter <Dark Chocolate & Yuzu> (4.5% / IBU 28)
- Oats Cream IPA <Matcha> (6.0% / IBU 15)
- Gose <Sakura Mochi> (4.5% / IBU 15)

The appeal this time is how dramatically each glass changes in character, with layers of roast and cacao, the mellow astringency of matcha, and the saltiness and acidity inspired by cherry leaves. It pairs well with the atmosphere of Nomimono-ya as a calm neighborhood beer pub, making this a release to enjoy gradually alongside food.

The post also announced a serving schedule from March 8 through March 24, so anyone targeting a specific beer is advised to check the latest information before visiting.
