New beer information from Our Brewing
Our Brewing, a craft beer brand based in Fukui City, published a post titled “New Beer Information” on its official Instagram account on September 16, 2026.
According to the brewery’s official updates, several new beers are scheduled for release in September. “Nom King” is a collaboration with NOMCRAFT, a brewery based in Aridagawa, Wakayama. The beer is a West Coast IPA, named in reference to representative beers from both breweries. Its style emphasizes hop aroma, bitterness, and a crisp finish.
Another highlight is “ONO Meisui Lager,” created in collaboration with Ono City in Fukui. The beer uses well water from Nomura Shoyu, a soy sauce producer with more than 140 years of history, as brewing water. Unusually for a craft beer project, organically grown rice from Ono is also used as an adjunct. The result is a pilsner designed to balance refreshing bitterness with a gentle sweetness and an easy-drinking finish.
Our Brewing has also launched “Brew Unity,” a new project involving taproom staff in the brewing process. The first release is a fruity and approachable Hazy Double IPA. A rich double-mashed base and generous use of liquid hops create tropical aromas reminiscent of pineapple and mango, together with a smooth mouthfeel.
The September release lineup also includes “Tasty Combination,” an American Amber Lager; “Magic Flavour Ver. Idaho7,” an Oat Cream Hazy IPA; “Keyaki Hazy,” a Hazy IPA; and “Hoppy Hour Ver. Simcoe,” a Cold IPA.
