A seasonal highlight is “Fest Beer” from Baeren Brewery. The lineup also includes hop-forward selections such as “Shin Oni Gunso IPA” from Oni Densetsu and two versions of Kin-Oni Pale Ale: “Simcoe Single Ver.” and “Rock ver.II.”
For a lighter and more refreshing direction, Nara Brewing’s pilsner “DAYLONG” and Tsugaru Brewing’s “Arigato! Saison” are available. T.Y.HARBOR contributes “Sansho Jasmine,” a rice lager featuring sansho pepper and jasmine, while Minoh Beer’s “Weiss IPA” adds a wheat-beer-inspired option with hop character.
