Marumugi is a small beer pub on the second floor of Ichibankan Building in Arakicho, Shinjuku. It is about a three-minute walk from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station and has been operating since its opening on January 15, 2011.

The lineup covers a wide range of styles, from a light session IPA to a bitter IPA, a wheat ale, a dark beer, and an amber ale, making it easy to compare each beer's character. The shop also notes that Tuesdays and public holidays are closed starting December 5, 2024. For summer drinking, the owner recommends taking time with each beer at the right serving temperature to enjoy the aroma.
