15brewery (Fifteen Brewery) in Hayama Town, Miura District, Kanagawa Prefecture, has released its tap list for Saturday, May 30. Business hours are 14:00-18:00, and as the standing-area service is currently closed, sales are takeaway only. You can buy a full fill in a sealed container you bring yourself, and carbonated PET bottles and screw-cap glass bottles can also be used.

This day's lineup consists of five beers: the Belgian-style "Bottom of the Swamp", the dark beer "Stout", the fruit beers "Orange Ale" and "Dtanba Ale", and the IPA "Raw Hazy IPA". Each has a distinct personality, and the range of styles is a key feature.

- Bottom of the Swamp: A complex, spicy beer made with plenty of wheat malt, plus orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, cloves, lime from Owase City, Mie Prefecture, and honey from "Hachigoya" in Nagai, Yokosuka City.
- Stout: A black beer notable for its deep richness and pitch-black appearance.
- Orange Ale: A fruit beer with the intense aroma and acidity characteristic of orange.
- Dtanba Ale: A refreshing beer made with summer mikan, a royal fruit of Hayama.
- Raw Hazy IPA: An IPA finished using the Raw Ale method, in which the wort is not boiled. Citrus and pine-like hop aromas, along with bitterness, are the highlights.

The post also notes that part of the ingredients include baguettes from Miura Panya Mitsumugi, and that element can also be found in "Wheat Land", "Raw Hazy IPA", and "Dtanba Ale". By incorporating local ingredients and nearby food culture, the brewery presents a lineup that highlights the kind of local character associated with a Hayama brewery.

Timed for the end of May, this tap lineup offers a broad range of expressions all at once, from light fruit-forward beers to aromatic IPAs and a full-bodied stout. If you're looking for craft beer to take home in the Hayama area, be sure to check the business method and container requirements before visiting.
