taki in Shibuya taps Minoh Beer Haikara Pils, plus Coffee IPA and Yamamomo Ale
On Tanabata day, the Shibuya beer pub taki announced its tap list. The new pour is Minoh Beer’s limited Haikara Pils, joined by Minoh Beer Coffee IPA and Nagisa Beer Yamamomo Ale.
Shibuya’s beer pub [taki](/app), located in Sakuragaoka-cho, shared its tap list for Tuesday, July 7. The newly tapped beer is [Minoh Beer](/app)’s limited-release Haikara Pils.
According to the brewery note included in the post, Haikara Pils is an Italian Pilsner with 5.5% ABV and 35 IBU. The recipe traces back to a collaboration that started about seven years ago with Tim from Oxbow Brewing in Maine, U.S. For this release, the beer has been refreshed with a new name and new design. German noble hops are used generously both during the brew and in dry hopping during fermentation, resulting in a pilsner with a soft malt profile, elegant hop aroma, and a clean bitterness.
Today’s tap list is:
- Minoh Beer / Haikara Pils
- Minoh Beer / Coffee IPA
- Nagisa Beer / Yamamomo Ale
The lineup gives drinkers three clearly different directions: a crisp limited pilsner, a coffee-leaning IPA, and a fruit-forward ale. For beer fans, it is the kind of list that makes side-by-side tasting easy and gives each glass a distinct role.
Opening hours are 5:00 p.m. to midnight on weekdays, and 4:00 p.m. to midnight on weekends and holidays. The post also notes that taki will operate every day throughout July. If you are in Shibuya and want to follow a fresh tap list without fuss, this is a straightforward stop.
