Coffee IPA opens at Craft Beer Market Whity Umeda, with 10 HNB beers arriving early
At Craft Beer Market Whity Umeda in Osaka, TAKAMURA COFFEE ROASTERS × Minoh Beer’s Coffee IPA has been tapped. Ten beers from Hiroshima Neighborly Brewing also arrived early ahead of the July 11 event.
At Craft Beer Market Whity Umeda, a beer pub on the B1F level of the Whity Umeda NOMOKA underground shopping street in Osaka, two updates came in at once: a fresh tap opening and an early delivery for an upcoming event. The location makes it easy to stop by in the middle of a day in Umeda, whether you are looking for a quick pint or a small tasting session.
The newly tapped beer is Coffee IPA, a collaboration between TAKAMURA COFFEE ROASTERS and Minoh Beer. According to the post, the coffee roast character stays restrained, while fruity aromatics and hop character come together cleanly. The finish is dry, with a crisp IPA-style bitterness that keeps the beer balanced rather than overly coffee-forward.
In addition, ten event beers from Hiroshima Neighborly Brewing have already arrived ahead of the July 11 event. The lineup is:
- Hiroshima Hinode Lager
- Shimenowa ~Sodachi-zakari~
- Lemoble GO
- Daigouryō Sakekasu SOUR ALE -Ichika-
- SAKURA MOMO DROPS
- HIROSHIMA Lemon Sukatto Session IPA
- Teagarmot Journey IPA
- Hondori Westside Classic IPA
- HNB Hazy IPA
- INCEPTION 2026 ~IBUKI COLD IPA~
The range covers lager, sour ale, session IPA, hazy IPA, and cold IPA, so the spread is broad enough to make a proper tasting stop. If you are looking for craft beer in central Osaka, this underground pub now has a very clear reason to visit.
