In today’s Instagram post, Mugibaru, a beer pub in Nishi-Kamata, Ota Ward, Tokyo, said that because there is a private booking during the day, it will be open to guests from around 15:00 once that ends. If there are no reservations, it will close temporarily and reopen from 17:00.

Mugibaru is a small beer pub within walking distance of Kamata Station’s west exit, known as a place where you can enjoy craft beer paired with food. With just 14 seats, it is compact, and one of its defining charms is the fun of following the day-by-day tap lineup.

In today’s post, the following lineup appeared on tap.

- Minamichita Bergamot IPA / Y.Market Brewing
- Mugibaru 2nd Anniversary Fluffy Hazy in Kinako Color / Tokaido Beer
- Efresia / VERTERE
- Marmalade Man / DD4D
- Sabro's IPA / Ise Kadoya Beer
- Jukusen / Asahi
- GOLEM / Uchu Brewing
- Juicy pop / Yellow Beer Works
- FLASH HOP IPA / Repubrew

The lineup is centered on IPAs and hazy IPAs, with many labels emphasizing citrus character and hop aroma. In particular, the bergamot-infused beer and the Mugibaru original-name hazy brewed for the anniversary show off the shop’s individuality.

Mugibaru is known for changing its regular taps every day, which is part of the appeal because you can discover something new each time you visit. If you are looking for craft beer in Kamata, this is the place to head to after reopening.
