An Instagram post from Yokohama Beer Brewery announced an event combining rugby watching and craft beer. The venue is the West Gate of Nissan Stadium, and sales will run on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to around 3:30 p.m. (until halftime ends). The event will be held in conjunction with the "NTT League One 2025-26 Round 13" match against Toyota Verblitz.
This festival is a collaboration among four breweries based in Yokohama. The post says a total of eight craft beers from breweries with distinct personalities will be offered. Original event-limited stickers are scheduled to be given to the first 1,000 beer purchasers, and the event also includes initiatives designed to encourage visitors to move around the stadium.
The participating breweries are Yokohama Beer, Yellow Monkey Brewing, NUMBER NINE BREWERY, and REVO BREWING. In addition, the venue will host the "Yokohama Beer Bike," with tickets for the tour distributed to the first 36 people. Participation conditions are also specified, including a limit of one entry per person and up to two reservations per application.
Yokohama Beer Brewery is a Kanagawa-based local brewery that promotes the idea of "bringing excitement to life in Yokohama with beer that connects people." In this post as well, it positions beer as a medium for sharing fun with friends, and the project is drawing attention as an effort to connect local sports with craft beer culture. For anyone who wants to experience Yokohama's brewery scene all at once, it looks like a day not to miss.
