Mukuraf Announces Golden Week Hours and Three New Taps, Six Taps Including Shiga Kogen
Beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, updated its Golden Week hours and today’s tap list in a May 3 post. In addition to three newly tapped beers from Shiga Kogen Beer, TAROS BREWING, and Sankt Gallen, bottles from WestCoastBrewing have also arrived.

Hop BroShiga Kogen Beer’s "SNOW MONKEY IPA Silver Label" is a Hazy IPA, TAROS BREWING’s "AWAKENING4" is a TDH Hazy IPA, and Sankt Gallen’s "Pineapple Ale" is a Fruit Brut IPA. It feels great how the aroma focuses are split between citrus, pine, and pineapple.
MugiWhat is that! TDH sounds like a spell... and Hazy IPA comes up too, so my head is getting all floaty!
Hop BroTDH usually means triple dry hopped, so they add plenty of hops after brewing, which makes the aroma stand out. Hazy is a cloudy IPA style where you enjoy juicy aroma more than bitterness.
