Beer O'clock, a beer pub in Chiba’s Fujimi district, has updated its guest beer lineup. The shop is in the station-front area and keeps Thursday hours from 12:00 to 22:30, making it an easy stop for a proper beer session from early afternoon.

This update brings three very different beers. First is Johana Brewery’s "Earl Grey", a 5.0% Herb & Spice beer with a soft bergamot aroma. The post describes it as drinking like sparkling wine, so it works well as a bright, refreshing first pour.

Next is Noroshi Brewing’s "UMAMI2025", a 7.0% Rauch Märzen. It draws umami from dried shiitake mushrooms, combining smoke character with malt depth for a lager that goes beyond simple smokiness.

The glass-pour highlight is Mikkeller × 3 Sons’ "WHITE OUT". This 13.8% imperial stout and barleywine blend was aged in apple brandy barrels and layered with coconut, vanilla, and marshmallow, giving it a rich, dessert-like profile.

From a fragrant, easy-drinking opener to a smoked, umami-driven lager and a heavy, barrel-aged finale, the update reflects the wide range Beer O'clock is known for.
