Announcing 5 New Tap Beers at CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI
The beer pub CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI in Funabashi announced five new kegs on tap. The lineup features five beers from Kakegawa Farm Brewing, SETOUCHI BEER, Bifuka Shirakaba Brewery, Hoppukotan Brewing, and NORTH ISLAND BEER, spanning everything from dark lager to witbier.
From the beer pub `CRAFT PORT FUNABASHI` in the Funabashi Station area, five new kegs on tap were announced. The shop is on the second floor in Honcho 1-chome, and one of its charms is being able to watch beer being poured right from the counter seats. The bright, relaxed interior makes it an easy place to stop in alone or enjoy a meal.
The five beers on offer this time each head in a different flavor direction. `8Bit Dark Lager` is a European-style dark lager from `Kakegawa Farm Brewing`. It is a beer for people who want to enjoy its calm bitterness and malt richness. `SETOUCHI GRAPEFUL IPA` is a Fruit IPA from `SETOUCHI BEER`, and you can expect a fruity take on IPA character. `エサヌカ線` is `美深白樺ブルワリー`'s White Strawberry Milkshake IPA. It will be interesting to see how its sweetness and hop profile come through. `梅見がち` is an Ume Saison from `忽布古丹醸造`, and `CORIANDER WHITE` is a Belgian-Style Wit Bier from `NORTH ISLAND BEER`, adding two beers with especially distinctive aromas.
This day's lineup stretches across a wide range: dark lager, fruit IPA, milkshake IPA, saison, and witbier. It suits people who already know what they like, and also those who want to compare styles and find their own point of reference. The shop also offers a pairing course with food, making it easy to center the experience around beer. In Funabashi, this is a place worth watching if you want a broad selection of the styles you feel like drinking right now.
