The lineup features DAYLONG from Nara Brewing, a pilsner suited to easy drinking and food pairing. Tsugaru Brewing’s Arigato! Saison adds a light and refreshing saison option.
For a more distinctive pour, T.Y.HARBOR’s Sansho Jasmine is a rice lager brewed with sansho pepper and jasmine. Ogna’s Hima Bitter offers a balanced bitter style, while Kin Oni Pale Ale “Rock ver. II” and Onidensetsu’s Onigajo IPA bring more hop-forward character.
The list also includes Minoh Beer’s Weiss IPA and Hokkaido-based HOPKOTAN’s AKIRA Hayashi, a märzen. Together, the beers cover a broad range of styles, from crisp lagers and saisons to bitter ales, IPAs, and malt-driven amber beer.
Himalaya table combines craft beer and Nepalese cuisine in a casual pub setting. Guests can pair the beers with spice-focused dishes or compare contrasting styles across the taps. The pub is located on the second floor of Daido Building at 3-5-5 Uchikanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
