Yokohama Lager is a lager beer known for its balance of hop-derived citrus-like aroma and firm bitterness. With Alc. 5.0% and IBU 45, it is said to pair well with richly flavored dishes such as meat-based meals. The lineup combines an original label that reflects the world of the live show with the satisfying drinkability of a standard beer.
Yokohama Beer is a local beer company that began brewing in Yokohama in 1999, and it continues to make regionally rooted beer from its flagship restaurant, "UMAYA," in Sumiyoshi-cho, Naka Ward, Yokohama. This collaboration is drawing attention as a Yokohama Beer-style project that connects the city, culture, and beer.
