A special tap lineup for the anniversary weekend

Beer pub Lupulin, located on the third floor of Urano Building in Ginza 6-chome, Chuo City, turned 14 on June 9 and has now entered its 15th year. To mark that milestone, the shop will host a special event on Saturday, June 13, and Sunday, June 14.

The main focus is Brasserie LUPURON’s new release, Pinot Noir Red. It is described as a red liquid made from the skins left after pressing Pinot Noir. For the event, Lupulin plans to connect four taps of LUPURON, instead of the usual one or two, and even a pre-release cuvée may appear.

The event will also feature a special display of three label originals by Hiramatsu Asa, the designer responsible for Lupulin’s interior and LUPURON’s visual identity. The originals are scheduled to be exhibited later at the brewery in Niki, Hokkaido, so seeing them in Ginza should be a rare opportunity.

Hours are 3:00 p.m. opening and 9:00 p.m. last order on June 13, and 3:00 p.m. opening and 8:00 p.m. last order on June 14. Reservations are accepted as part of regular service, but only for guests ordering both drinks and food. It will be a two-day chance to enjoy beer and a milestone anniversary in central Ginza.
