Taki~AKANE~ JapaneseBeer&SakeDining in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, is a beer pub centered on Japanese craft beer and sake, enjoyed alongside seasonal ingredients and fresh fish sourced directly from producers. In this announcement, the pub will be open on Friday, March 27, from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, and for the first two hours after opening it will offer drinks at 100 yen off as "Akane's Happy Time."

There are three draft beers on tap that day.

- Osaka - Minoh Beer Pale Ale
- A refreshing classic with a citrus aroma, easy to start with as your first beer.
- Yamanashi - Fujizakura Kogen Beer Weizen
- A wheat beer with a soft mouthfeel from wheat malt, making it easy to pair with food.
- Aichi - Totopia Campophobia (West Coast IPA style)
- A beer for those who want to really enjoy hops, with a crisp bitterness that is easy to imagine.

The shop's concept is to stock a wide selection of craft beer and sake chosen by the owner from around Japan, and to enjoy them with the food. The menu features fresh fish such as yellowtail, red sea bream, and Matsukawa flounder, as well as iburigakko with sake lees cream cheese, house-made butterbur sprout miso, a spring wild-vegetable tempura platter, and fried oysters, creating a lineup that makes it easy to choose drinks with beer pairing in mind.

The core of the tap list is a low-key pale ale, a soft weizen, and an IPA with plenty of hop character. For a day when you want to enjoy everything from your first drink through dinner in Shibuya, it is a highly usable lineup.
