New tap
CraftBeerSpot Hathor's June 13 draft update featured a single new keg: Sunglider / Firestone Walker. The beer is described as a Helles-style golden lager inspired by traditional Munich pale lager, with floral and grassy hop notes and a soft bitterness. It is framed as a crisp, light beer that fits the early-summer season.
Hathor has been operating in Osaka's Kyobashi area since 2015 and presents itself as a beer pub with 16 taps and house-smoked food. That makes the bar an easy match for beer drinkers who want both draft variety and food that can stand up to the lineup.
The day's tap list also included familiar and style-spanning options such as Black Label / Sapporo Beer, Hopping Shachi / Y.Market, Yona Yona Pale Ale / Yo-Ho Brewing, and Shinkan no Pale Ale / Miyazaki Hideji Beer. In the IPA section, Hop Nyaon 12th Fleet / Isekadoya Beer, Kozaru IPA Real Ale Ver / Minoh Beer, Pleiades / Uchu Brewing, and Live Current IPA / Stone were on offer, while the dark beer slot featured Old Rasputin / North Coast.
The recommended beers also highlighted Tono no Kaze / Good Hops and Momoka to Kyoko no Duet Weizen / Repubrew. With a crisp lager at the center and a broad mix of pale ales, IPAs, and darker beers around it, the list was built for drinkers who want to move from a refreshing first pint into more hop-driven or fuller-bodied choices.
