15brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa, posted its tap list for June 25. The brewery, which currently offers takeout sales only, lined up five beers with clear stylistic differences: "Numa no Soko," "Stout," "Raw Red Ale," "Dotanba Ale (Natsumikan Ale)," and "Raw Hazy IPA."

"Numa no Soko" is the most layered beer in the set. It is a Belgian-style beer brewed with plenty of wheat malt, orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, and clove, plus lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is described as a complex beer with a balance of sweetness, acidity, spice, and aroma.

"Stout" is presented as a deep, black beer with a rich roasted character. "Raw Red Ale" uses a Raw Ale process that skips wort boiling, aiming for a heavier malt-driven flavor and aroma. "Dotanba Ale (Natsumikan Ale)" uses Hayama royal fruit and summer oranges for a crisp, refreshing profile. "Raw Hazy IPA" brings citrus and pine-like hop aromas with a moderate bitterness. The post also notes the use of baguettes from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi, adding a local ingredient angle to the lineup.

Because 15brewery is selling beer only for takeout, the post also mentions that customers can bring a sealed bottle, a carbonated PET bottle, or a screw-cap glass bottle. For beer fans in the Hayama area, this is a useful snapshot of the brewery’s current range, from bright and fruity to dark and malt-forward.
