BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, shared its draft lineup for June 3. True to its name, the beer pub pairs craft beer with music and presents a roster that invites slow, deliberate tasting.

The day’s new tap was Baeren Brewery’s limited "Tsunagu Beer : Session Lager" from Morioka, Iwate. At 5.0% ABV, it is described as a beer with gentle malt sweetness and a bright hop aroma reminiscent of a hop field. It should work well as an easy first pour while still offering enough character to stay interesting.

The lineup also included Baeren’s "TG Pilsner : Pilsner", Kinshachi Beer’s "IPA", Ise Kadoya Beer’s limited "DDH Citra Hazy IPA : DDH Hazy IPA", Iwate Kura Beer’s "Oyster Stout", Pilsner Urquell’s draft "Drought Pilsner Urquell", and Sapporo Beer’s "SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner". With pilsners, IPA, hazy IPA, and stout all on tap, the bar offers a broad tasting range.

Looking ahead, Raisindou also previewed two upcoming beers: Iwate Kura Beer’s "Passion Wheat Ale : Fruit Wheat Ale" and Ise Kadoya Beer’s "Mr.DANK : DDH West Coast IPA". The mix of limited releases and familiar styles shows a lineup built for variety.

Food options are equally beer-friendly: a saba sandwich, homemade oil sardines, ragout tagliatelle, smoked kamaboko, smoked tofu and chicken tenderloin, potato salad, cabbage pickle, house-made pickles, zangi, fries, and a meat-loaded pizza with smoked toppings. It is the kind of menu that supports a long session rather than a quick stop.

The post lists opening hours from 5:00 p.m. to around 10:30 p.m., with food last order at 9:00 p.m. and drinks until 10:00 p.m. For beer drinkers in Ibaraki, it is a dependable place to keep in mind.
