Raisindou Welcomes Minoh Beer’s Peach Weizen Kawanakajima
BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Ibaraki, Osaka, has welcomed Minoh Beer’s seasonal Peach Weizen Kawanakajima. The beer pairs ripe peach aroma with the soft, fruity character of a wheat beer.
BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou, a beer pub in Ibaraki, Osaka, announced the arrival of Minoh Beer’s seasonal Peach Weizen Kawanakajima on October 10, 2026.
Peach Weizen is brewed with Japanese peaches from Arakawa in Wakayama, processed into purée by Hachiki Farm. The Kawanakajima version uses a peach variety known for its firm flesh, rich sweetness, and fragrant aroma. Peach notes are layered with the clove- and banana-like fruitiness associated with weizen yeast.
The beer has a pale, milky appearance and a soft mouthfeel from the use of 50% wheat malt. Despite its expressive fruit character, it is designed to finish clean and dry rather than overly sweet. It has an alcohol content of 5.0% ABV and 12 IBU, with a recommended serving temperature of 8–12°C.
Minoh Beer releases Peach Weizen in stages using different peach varieties, including Wase, Hakuhou, Shimizu Hakutou, and Kawanakajima. As the final version of the seasonal series, Kawanakajima offers an opportunity to compare the aroma and fruit character of the different varieties.
Raisindou combines craft beer with music at its location in Socio 2 B-114, Eidaicho, Ibaraki, Osaka. Guests can enjoy this limited seasonal pour in a relaxed setting, subject to availability. Please check with the venue before visiting.
