BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisindou in Nagayocho, Ibaraki, Osaka, has shared its draft beer and food information for September 29. Known for pairing beer with music, the pub is offering a varied selection of domestic and international beers.

The lineup includes “Weizen” from Baeren Brewery in Morioka, Iwate. Iwate Kura Beer contributes the limited “Fresh Hop Golden Ale,” brewed with Sorachi Ace hops. From REPUBREW in Numazu, Shizuoka, comes the limited “Tsuki ni Kawatte Oshioki IPA,” while Ise Kadoya Beer in Ise, Mie, offers the limited “Passionate Red Sour IPA.”

The tap list is completed by Draft Pilsner Urquell from Plzeň, Czech Republic, and SAPPORO BEER’s SORACHI 1984. The selection covers wheat beer, golden ale, IPA, sour IPA and pilsner, making it suitable for a comparative tasting.

The next beers announced are Iwate Kura Beer’s Oyster Stout and BLACK TIDE BREWING’s “Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.2 1.” SUNTORY’s Kaoru Ale is also listed as coming soon.

Food options include marinated saury, smoked duck thigh, Eisbein, Chinese-style cucumber, Margherita pizza with homegrown basil, assorted smoked foods, German-style potato salad, sauerkraut-style cabbage, homemade pickles and zangi fried chicken.
