Tap List for April 8
At the beer pub "BEER NOVA" in the Urawa Station east exit area, a tap list has been announced for business hours on Wednesday, April 8, from 16:00 to 23:00. The lineup for the day is centered on West Coast U.S. beers, with domestic breweries and Saitama labels woven in as well.
From the U.S. side, the list includes Fremont's "B-Bomb ~ Coconut Edition," Sound's "Tripel Entendre," Knee Deep's "Stautero," "Midnight Hoppiness," and "Slow Mo IPA," and Georgetown's "Body Zaffa IPA." From clearly hop-forward IPAs to tripels and stouts, the lineup offers a wide range for side-by-side tasting.
From Japan, the selection includes Minami Shinshu Beer's "IPA," Shiga Kogen Beer's "Pale Ale," Shiga Kogen's "Baby Blonde Miyama," Oni Densetsu's "Akaoni Red Ale," "Sweet Berry," and "VIANOVA IPA," Kinshachi Beer's "Bloody Orca," Revolution's "Freedom of Speech," Hop Kotan Brewing's "New Generation Pils," Chuckanut's "Kelsch," Mugizakkoku Kobo Microbrewery's "Cereal Box," and Minoh Beer’s "Imperial Stout ~ Hand Pump ver.".
In addition, Saitama labels include COEDO Brewery's "Ruri" and Chichibu Beer’s "Shirokuma Lv.7 ~ Fully Ripe...". It is a lineup with plenty to choose from for both local drinkers and visitors from outside the prefecture.
On the food side, items such as coriander Genovese-style cocotte caprese, Margherita pizza, tandoori chicken, and thick-cut jingisukan are on offer, making it an easy setup for pairing with beer. It looks like a night that will be easy to enjoy with beer and food side by side, very much in BEER NOVA's style.
