Nomcraft Juso Taproom Rotates 15 Taps, with a Gibier Food Popup Before the 7th Anniversary Festival Too
The brewpub "Nomcraft Juso Taproom" in Juso Honmachi, Osaka, has refreshed its 15-tap lineup. In addition to house-brewed lagers and IPAs, it also features collaborations with other breweries, along with a preview of a food popup ahead of next week's NOMCRAFT 7th Anniversary Festival.

At the brewpub "NOMCRAFT Juso Taproom" in Juso Honmachi, Osaka, the tap list has undergone a major refresh. In a post, the brewery introduced a lineup that, in addition to house staples such as NOMCRAFT LAGER, NOMCRAFT IPA, and JUSO XPA, also includes hop-forward IPAs and distinctive styles.
The lineup is broad, ranging from American IPA, Triple Hazy IPA, Imperial Brown Ale, Ordinary Bitter, West Coast IPA, Thiolized Lager, Sake Sour Ale with Mikan, Doburok Beer, Sake Yeast Beer, and Sake IPA. It is designed to appeal to lager fans, hazy beer lovers, and anyone who wants to enjoy fermentation-driven nuances. The alcohol content also spans from easy-drinking beers around 4.5% ABV to a stronger 10.0% pour, making it a good lineup for sampling a little at a time.
The collaboration beers are also well represented. THE BEAST is a collaboration with BrewBeast, MOON CALENDAR with ASLAN BREWING, NEON LAGER with 嘻嘻東京, and NO WAR with CHORYO Craft Beer. In addition, 和響 is also from CHORYO Craft Beer, おろち 2025 理八Ver. is with Matsue Beer Hearn, Sorachi Kinusetsu Sake Yeast BKM3 Ver. is with CRAFT BEER BASE, and ANONYMOUS BREWHOLIC Re:VOLUTION #003 is from Derailleur Brew Works.
