PEPOWN, a brewery in Kyoei, Chigasaki City, announced its May business schedule on Instagram. The shop operates as a place for "good alcohol centered around beer," and during Golden Week, from Friday, May 1 through Sunday, May 10, it will remain open continuously from 12:00 to 24:00.

May's events will mainly feature exhibitions, merchandise sales, and food pop-ups that make use of the shop's atmosphere. From Friday, May 1 through Sunday, May 10, artist Keeenue's "Wall Takeover vol.2" will be held. On Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3, there will also be a public creation session. In addition, on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3, Moonlightgear will open a POP UP STORE and Vivobarefoot will hold a fitting event.

On Sunday, May 3, "Monday, around Kyoei. vol.14" will take place, this time as an away-market version for "Chigasaki and Coffee," to be held at Takasago Green Space. On Wednesday, May 6, Sun2 Diner will appear as a POP UP CHEF; on Wednesday, May 12, Tyson Pizza will appear; and on Wednesday, May 27, New Rose Curry will appear.

On the beer side, Uchoten Brewing from Suwa, Nagano Prefecture, will appear on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17 as the fourth installment of the "Hello! Project." PEPOWN's announcement also says that the "draft beer one-drink exchange ticket," a prize from the beer bingo event, will be available from the 11th, giving the month a strong feel as a place to enjoy a drink from spring into early summer.

With events crossing beer and surrounding culture continuing throughout May at the shop in Kyoei 1-chome on the south side of Chigasaki Station, it looks set to be a busy month for PEPOWN.
