A terrace market overlooking the Koshu basin

HUGE will hold the 3rd IWAI MARCHE on June 21 at IWAI TERRACE in Katsunuma, Koshu, Yamanashi. The market will run from 10:00 to 15:00 on the open terrace next to the cafe. Admission is free, and the event will be held in light rain.

IWAI MARCHE brings together local producers and craft brands for a compact market focused on food, drinks, and lifestyle goods. IWAI TERRACE sits in a location with views of the Koshu basin and the Southern Alps, and the cafe and barbecue terrace will continue normal operations during the event. Guests can also enjoy hamburgers, pasta, and beer brewed on site.

What IWAI Brewery brings to the event

IWAI BREWERY is HUGE's second in-house brewery, created in Katsunuma with a clear idea in mind: make beer for the restaurant. The brewery aims to produce beer that supports a meal rather than overpowering it. For this market, visitors can expect draft beer served on the spot, along with brewery-led tours and original goods.

The rest of the lineup is broad as well. Wine, craft gin, specialty coffee, premium fruit, ear acupressure jewelry, and handmade goods are all part of the market mix. That makes the event more than a beer stop; it is a chance to move between drinks, food, and craft items in one setting.

Set against the landscape of Katsunuma, IWAI MARCHE highlights the combination of food, craft, and experience that defines IWAI TERRACE. For beer fans, the brewery presence is central, but the event also shows how the site is being used as a broader local gathering place.
