The selection covers a broad range of styles. Mellow Times Lager from Mugishokukoku Kobo comes in at 4.5%, while Yorocco Beer’s Skywalker IPA is 5.5%. The lineup also includes Dogfight IPA from Romanchic Mura, Three Island IPA from IHW, and Ongoing from Hop Kotan Brewing.
Other beers include Toyama Green Hop from Johana Beer, #1022 往年のホップスターIPA from Ushitora Brewery, Titanota 3 from Saikado Brewing, and Shiga Kogen Beer’s Sono Ju No.10 IPA. Together, they offer a chance to compare different hop aromas, bitterness, and brewery profiles.
The highlight is Minoh Beer’s W-IPA, a 9.0% strong ale brewed with roughly 2.5 times the usual amount of malt and hops. Its pronounced bitterness is balanced by citrus aromas from Cascade hops and a rich malt character.
The next beers scheduled to appear include Shiga Kogen Beer’s From Scratch and Fresh Hop IPA, as well as Harvest Moon’s Yoichi-Style IPA. Since some kegs were reported to be running low, guests may want to visit soon if they have a particular beer in mind.
