Mukuraf April 4 Tap List Update: Brasserie Knot "TIP" and Many New Arrivals
The beer pub Mukuraf in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, has released its April 4 tap list. In addition to six draft beers, the lineup includes bottles from Brasserie Knot, West Coast Brewing, VERTERE, and more, along with a strong food menu and bottled beer selection.

Hop BroAnd the drafts are interesting too: Sankt Gallen's Whey Sour Strawberry and Iwate Kura Beer’s Sakura Arashi IPA. It brings spring vibes, acidity, and hop character all at once.
MugiWhat is that! Whey sour as in the whey from cheese? Is beer supposed to taste kind of yogurt-like?
Hop BroExactly. Whey is the liquid whey from milk. It can give a soft, lactic acidity, and when that joins with the sweet-tart strawberry character, it ends up dessert-like while still being clearly beer.
MugiNice! Then Y.MARKET's Minamichita Blood Orange IPA and Minoh Beer’s Blooming IPA would be fun to compare too!
Hop BroAnd with BREW CLASSIC's Wolf Chop and TWO RABBITS' Nue HOPJUICE on top of that, IPA fans are completely backed up. Once you start chasing hop aroma, you can't stop.

The pub said there were "no new taps for now" on the day, but planned to rotate in replacements as each keg kicked. There was still plenty of seating available, and bottled beers, including new arrivals, were also on sale.

Green Neighbors has "ALL. 18 varieties of apples", "FUJI SINGLE", "LA FRANCE", "KYOUKA HIKKA", "SOUR TOKI ver", and "KOGYOKU SINGLE". Also on hand are VERTERE's "Passiflora#47", "10th Grape Sour", "Clusia", and "Tillia", GOODHOPS' "The Season of Lupulin" and "Blue Sky Hops", and Sierra Nevada's "Cosmic Little Thing" and "Pils".
The food lineup for the day includes "Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes", "Matcha Parfait", "Spaghetti with Mentaiko and Rock Nori", and "Seared Bonito of the Season". The standard mukuraf omelet rice, napolitan pasta, and round cheese omelet are also available, making it easy to keep drinking with a meal. Takeout orders are accepted via LINE and phone, and a reservation form is also available.
