15brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa, published its tap list for June 28. Standing service is currently suspended, and beer is sold only as takeaway, filled into brought-in sealed bottles, carbonated PET bottles, or screw-cap glass bottles.

Five beers are on the list for the day. "Numa no Soko" is a Belgian-style beer brewed with plenty of wheat malt, plus orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is layered, lightly sweet, tart, and spicy.

The black beer, "Stout," is described as having deep richness and a black appearance. "Raw Red Ale" uses a raw ale process that does not boil the wort, bringing forward heavier malt flavor and aroma. "Todanba Ale (Summer Orange Ale)" is a fruit beer made with Hayama's royal fruit, summer oranges, and it offers a crisp, refreshing drinking profile.

"Raw Hazy IPA" leans on hop-driven citrus and pine-like aromas with a modest bitterness. Both Todanba Ale and Raw Hazy IPA also use baguette from Miura Pan-ya Mutsumugi as part of the ingredients. It is a lineup that reflects 15brewery's ingredient-focused approach, and a fitting stop for anyone looking to pick up beer in Hayama.
