Aichi-based craft brewery Bishu Brewing (尾州ブルーイング) has announced details about the release of its next fruit beer. In an Instagram post at 8:41 p.m. on March 7, 2026, it said that although the release was delayed because the yeast took time to settle, a new fruit beer would be released sometime next week.

According to the post, mango puree was added that day. It was so thick that it nearly overflowed from the tank. The brewery also described the finished beer as having "a thick texture and an explosion of mango and pineapple," suggesting a beer that puts its fruitiness front and center.

In the comments on the same post, the brewery added that finishing work would be done on Wednesday, with a release planned for Thursday. Based on the posting date, Thursday, March 12 appears to be the target launch date.

Bishu Brewing is based in Aichi and continues to use "#一宮" in its posts, reflecting its community-focused approach to sharing information. While staying rooted in the region, it also develops experimental beers using fruit. This release stands out for its especially rich fruit-pulp character, making it hard to ignore for fans of juicy craft beer.

For the latest release timing and serving format, such as draft or taproom availability, it would be worth checking the brewery's follow-up posts.
