Aug. 9 tap list

15brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa, operates as a takeout-only brewery and does not offer standing drinks at the moment. In its post, the brewery listed its lineup for Aug. 9 and noted business hours of 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The main features are "Dotanba Ale" and "Raw Hazy IPA." Dotanba Ale is a fruit beer made with local Hayama royal fruit summer mandarin oranges, and it also uses baguettes from Miura Panya Mitsugi as part of the ingredients. Raw Hazy IPA is brewed with a Raw Ale process that skips wort boiling, giving it citrus and pine-like hop aromatics with a mild bitterness.

Other beers on tap include "Numa no Soko," a Belgian-style beer built with lots of wheat malt plus orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. "Stout" is described as deep and dark, while "Raw Red Ale" focuses on the heavier, richer character of malt through the Raw Ale method.

Pricing was also listed by weight or volume: Stout at 2.2 yen per 1 g or 1 ml, and the other beers at 2.5 yen per 1 g or 1 ml. Customers can bring carbonated PET bottles or glass bottles with screw caps for fill-ups, while bottles were noted as out of stock.

It is a local, ingredient-driven tap list that invites slow side-by-side tasting at home rather than drinking on site.
