Fujiyama Hunters’ Beer, a small craft brewery in Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, has shared an Instagram post related to a collaboration. Titled “Hello…,” the post suggests the start of a collaborative project, but does not identify the partner or provide details about the beer style, ingredients, sales format, or release timing.

The brewery was founded by farmers and hunters in the rural Yuno area at the foot of Mount Fuji. Its beers are brewed with natural spring water from Mount Fuji, along with locally grown ingredients such as barley, hops, and rice. The brewery’s work is closely connected to the surrounding landscape and food culture.

Its past beers include Nengu, a rice IPA made with rice from Fujinomiya; YOKI, an ale flavored with local Japanese cypress; and YUNOMURA, a honey saison made with Japanese honeybee honey and local yuzu. Rather than maintaining a fixed lineup, the brewery develops beers around seasonal local ingredients and a flexible approach to brewing.

That background makes the upcoming collaboration particularly interesting. The project could offer another opportunity to explore the flavors of Fujinomiya and the Yuno area, although its direction remains unknown at this stage. Fujiyama Hunters’ Beer operates a taproom near Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha and also offers tastings, growler fills, and bottle sales at its brewery tasting room. Further information is expected through the brewery’s official channels.
