A 20th-year edition
Baeren Brewery in Iwate announced the 2026 Autumn Beer Club, themed "Colors of the German Flag." The series reaches its 20th year this season, and the brewery says it will return to its roots with a lineup centered on traditional German beer styles. That fits Baeren's identity as a classic European-style brewery led by a brewmaster trained in Germany.
Three monthly deliveries
According to the sales page, the set will be delivered in three installments in late September, October, and November. The September selection includes unfiltered and filtered Helles, Kabosu Radler Dry, and German Hoppy Pils. October brings Rotbier and Smoked EX, while November features unfiltered and filtered Dunkel plus Tsunagu Beer Sorachi Ace. The lineup mixes classic lager styles with beers that add citrus and hop character.
Sales start Aug. 1
Sales begin on Aug. 1, and the offering is limited to 650 sets. For fans of malt-forward lager and German-inspired brewing, the club offers a compact look at what Baeren does best, with a seasonal twist that still stays close to the brewery's core style.
