NEIGHBOR introduces the collab beer VANADINITE

NEIGHBOR, a beer pub in Nogata, Nakano, Tokyo, is highlighting a collaboration beer with Kyoto's Bighand Bros. Brewery. The beer is called VANADINITE, brewed as a Mexican Light Lager at 4.5% ABV. In the post, it is described as using corn and wheat, with gentle sweetness, floral aromatics, a soft mouthfeel, and a dry finish.

The beer is presented as the second installment of a three-venue collaboration that also includes `esperanza.fukuoka` and `parlor_okumura`. According to the post, the team asked Bighand Bros. Brewery to make a summer-friendly lager that would go down easily and work well with taco-style dishes and other food.

NEIGHBOR is also running a "SPICE&SAISON DAY2" food lineup alongside the beer. The menu includes chicken biryani, edamame cumin butter, roasted vegetables with mole, bonito with lemon timur pepper, and spiced lamb short pasta. The selection leans into aromatic dishes that pair naturally with beer.

For beer drinkers, the appeal here is straightforward: a limited collaboration lager, a food-focused lineup, and a pub setting that clearly centers on matching beer with the plate in front of you. That makes NEIGHBOR a place to watch when you want both a guest beer and a proper meal.
