NEIGHBOR, a `CRAFTBEER&GRILL` pub in Nogata, Nakano, Tokyo, has introduced a collaboration beer with Bighand bros. The bar lists eight taps and focuses on pairing beer with food, and this post followed a weekend `SPICE&SAISON` event that sold out its food menu.

The featured beer is `Bighand bros.×NEIGHBOR / Mexican Light Lager (4.5%)`. According to the post, it is the second collaborative beer project involving `esperanza.fukuoka`, `NEIGHBOR`, and `PARLOR OKUMURA`, brewed with `@bighandbros` in Kyoto. The beer is made with corn and wheat and is described as having soft sweetness, a floral aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, and a dry finish. Lime is suggested as an optional garnish, reinforcing its summer-friendly, food-pairing character.

Recommended dishes include grilled young corn, salmon biryani, scallop and summer mandarin carpaccio, chili con carne nachos, and tuna cream pasta with yuzu kosho. The lineup matches the beer’s light and rounded profile, making it easy to enjoy as a table beer rather than a one-off specialty pour.
