Six drafts on at Craftbeer 2 Mugi
Craftbeer 2 Mugi, a beer pub about three minutes from Akihabara Station, has announced its daily tap list and hours of 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The lineup offers six Japanese craft beers for an afternoon-to-evening visit in the area known as “裏秋葉原,” or backstreet Akihabara.
Tap 1 is AMBH (American Belgo with Herbs) from Katashina Brewing. Tap 2 features a newly tapped Marzen from FARMENTRY, an amber lager made in collaboration with Beer Basti. The pub describes it as a traditional lager with toast-like malt richness and refined bitterness from German hops.
Tap 3 is Zakkoku Beer’s Habitually Saison 2026 Harvest, noted as low in stock. Mango Impact, a fruited pale ale from Shiokaze Brewlab Stand, brings a fruit-forward option to the board.
The list also includes Eutopos, a Hazy DIPA from a collaboration between Inkhorn Brewing and Totopia Brewery, plus Peach Dew Saison, a fruited saison from Noroshi Brewery. The pub highlights the peach saison as particularly rare, with only three bottles available for external distribution. A future tap, Yorocco Beer’s Afterglow West Coast Red IPA, is also listed.
Food is part of the appeal, with dishes including fresh Nagasaki striped bonito sashimi. There is no cover charge, walk-ins are welcome, and both dine-in service and can-and-bottle takeaway are available. Cash, cards, PayPay, and transit IC cards are accepted, with an English menu available by table QR code.
Tap availability may change as kegs are replaced.
