A place that pairs beer with Chinese food

Kokoro no Tsuki stands out not only for its well-rounded tap selection as a beer pub, but also for its focus on pairing beer with Chinese cuisine. In the post, it invites guests to enjoy "a happy moment with beautiful beer and Chinese food," and lists dishes such as steamed chicken with green Sichuan pepper and scallion sauce, fried eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, shrimp mayo, and drooling wontons.

The beers range from pale ales and gose to fresh golden-style beers, making the lineup easy to match with food. From a beer that highlights hop character to one that emphasizes acidity and drinkability, the selection also looks well suited to being enjoyed with a meal.
