Bakushu-ya Pogology in Osaka’s Chuo Ward announced in an Instagram post on June 15 that it will appear at an indoor event called “BBBQ” on Sunday, July 12. The event is described as a chance to enjoy music and American-style BBQ indoors, with drinks available beyond craft beer as well. Reservations are accepted by phone or via Instagram message.

The selection ranges from a West Coast IPA and a Weizen to an herbal tea bitter, a grapefruit sour, pilsner, and a nitro Guinness pour. It is a broad lineup that lets guests compare both domestic staples and more characterful releases in one visit.

The pub also runs a weekday-only “Pogojiro Set,” which pairs one R-size craft beer (with some exclusions) and three daily side dishes for 1,500 yen. Super Dry, highball, and lemon sour can be ordered as two drinks instead. On Tuesdays, it serves a limited “Menjiro” ramen special, making the venue as useful for a meal as for a drink stop.
