On the food side, today's sashimi includes ikejime red sea bream and two kinds of firefly squid, grape beef shoulder loin steak, oven-baked marinated pork spare ribs, grilled bone-in Daisen chicken thigh, barley-fed pork fillet tonkatsu, ajillo made with Daisen chicken esophagus (throat), and bacon penne arrabbiata. The lineup is designed so you can choose one dish at a time to match the character of the taps, and it works well for a meal centered on beer.
