In a daze Brewing, based in Ina, Nagano, has announced its participation in Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest 2026. The festival will be held at Tsukuba Center Hiroba in Tsukuba, Ibaraki, from Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18.
The event is scheduled to run from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on the first day, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on the second day, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the final day. Around 40 breweries from across Japan are expected to attend, with more than 200 craft beers available to try. This year’s theme is “beer meets *,” highlighting encounters with beer and the connections created through it.
For In a daze Brewing, the festival offers an opportunity to introduce the character of Shinshu beer to drinkers in Tsukuba. The brewery began in the Ina Valley of Nagano in 2018 and works under the philosophy “Brew a better life,” incorporating local nature, agriculture, history, culture, and community into its products.
The brewery’s taproom features up to eight beers on draft, alongside wood-fired pizzas and dishes such as venison sausages. In a daze Brewing also produces beers using hops grown at its own farm, including fresh-hop releases, as well as other products inspired by local ingredients and the surrounding landscape.
Tsukuba Craft Beer Fest 2026 will offer more than a chance to compare beers. Visitors can also discover the stories and regional character behind each brewery. At the In a daze Brewing booth, beer fans will have a chance to enjoy a taste of Ina while exploring the festival’s broad selection of Japanese craft beer.
