About Niiza Craft

Niiza Craft is a craft beer brand from Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture. It was born in July 2021 from a photo-mask design and manufacturing company that has been operating in Niiza for more than 40 years, with the goal of energizing the local community. The brand emphasizes making products that make use of ingredients grown in Niiza and connections with the local area.

One of the brewery's signature initiatives is using carrot leaves as a secondary ingredient. By making use of leaves that are thinned out during harvesting, it aims to reduce food loss while creating flavors that feel distinctly like Niiza. Its official lineup includes NAKAJI'S WEIZEN, NAKAJI'S HELLES, NAKAJI'S IPA, and NAKAJI'S PALE ALE, each highlighting its own character in fruitiness, drinkability, bitterness, and aroma.

Recent Developments

Niiza Craft has also announced that NAKAJI'S PALE ALE and NAKAJI'S IPA won silver medals at the Japan Great Beer Awards 2026. Even as a locally rooted brewery, it is drawing attention for its growing reputation in terms of quality.

Highlights This Time

This appearance should offer a casual chance to learn about Niiza Craft's background and flavors right in front of Shiki Station. The contrast of beer nurtured in Niiza being enjoyed at a neighboring commercial facility in Shiki gives a sense of regional connection. For anyone looking to enjoy craft beer nearby, this is an event worth putting on the weekend list.
