At the beer pub Biaceller Ichinomiya on Ushinodori in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, the guest beer lineup has been changed.

The two beers tapped this time are Oni Densetsu's limited beer "Shin Asuki IPA" and Mya-Brew's "Hare Tokidoki Kabosu." Both are clearly distinctive pours, making for a lineup that invites side-by-side tasting.

Shin Asuki IPA

"Shin Asuki IPA" is an Oni Densetsu-style West Coast IPA. With an ABV of 7.5% and IBU 65, it has a solid backbone. The hops used are KRUSH (HBC586), Citra, Strata, and Simcoe, layering citrus and tropical impressions with fruit notes reminiscent of peach and grape. The bitterness is clear, but the recipe is also designed with balance in mind, making it a pour that IPA fans will want to try.

Hare Tokidoki Kabosu

Meanwhile, "Hare Tokidoki Kabosu" is a Farmhouse Ale. At ABV 6.0%, it is introduced as a saison-style beer made with kabosu sourced directly from farmers in Gifu Prefecture. The spicy character from the saison yeast is joined by the fresh aroma of kabosu, creating a type that balances brisk drinkability with satisfying depth.

The post also says the shop is open today from 12:00 to 20:00, and will be closed from tomorrow through Wednesday. It is a place to keep in mind on a day when you want to clearly enjoy the differences between craft beer styles.
