On the bottle side, the anniversary beer “Fuuri” is down to its last two bottles. It is a collaboration between Yume Yomi, Noroshi Brewery, and Brasserie Knot, and is known as an elderflower Belgian Wit. The post also mentions sausage as a good pairing, which fits the shop’s food-driven approach and the beer’s brighter, aromatic profile.

Yume Yomi’s pitch is simple: serve beer carefully, beautifully, and without unnecessary fuss. This update follows that line closely, offering a practical snapshot of what beer drinkers can expect in Gion on July 12.
