Taki〜AKANE〜JapaneseBeer&SakeDining in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, announced that it will be open from 5 p.m. to midnight on Monday, May 18. Because it is a weekday business day, "Akane's Happy Time" will apply for the first two hours right after opening, letting guests enjoy beer at a better value.

The draft beer lineup for the day is three kegs: Kanagawa's Sankt Gallen "Shonan Gold," Tokyo's August Beer "August White," and Hyogo's Tanba-ji Brewery × VALLE SAGRADO "8th Anniversary Beer." With a citrus-forward pour, a Belgian white, and a limited-edition anniversary beer, the lineup offers distinct directions and makes tasting side by side part of the appeal.

The shop's concept is "Japanese craft beer and Japanese sake." In that day's post, the sake selection also included "Yuki no Bosha Jun Gin Nama 'Bishu no Sekkei'" and "Haneya Jun Gin Nama Hattan Nishiki," making it a setup where you can move between beer and Japanese sake as well. The food menu also includes "salmon marinated in sake lees," making it easy to pair with a snack carrying the aroma of sake lees.

Taki〜AKANE〜, tucked a little ways into Dogenzaka from Shibuya Station, works well as a beer pub where you can drink in a relaxed setting. It is suited to nights when you want to take your time with your first drink after work, or when you want to alternate between beer and sake.
